The Interview Guide teaches you what to say — 30 deep-dive questions with the 11-section answer template. The Study Tracker tells you when to study what — 12 weeks of daily tasks, projects, and assessments. They're designed as companions: the Tracker provides the schedule, the Guide provides the depth. You can use either standalone, but they're most effective together.

Every week has tasks organized into 3 parallel time tracks: Focused (1 hour/day) for working professionals, Standard (2 hours/day) for the recommended pace, and Intensive (4 hours/day) for full-time preparation. You can switch tracks daily based on your available time — no need to commit to one track for the entire 12 weeks.

All 10 projects produce real, portfolio-ready artifacts — not toy examples. You'll build a Semantic Search Engine, RAG Pipeline, Multi-Agent Orchestrator, Evaluation Dashboard, and more. Each project includes clear specifications, suggested tech stack, and acceptance criteria. They progressively build on each other so your portfolio tells a coherent story.

Each week ends with a self-assessment scorecard that measures your progress across 8 dimensions: LLM Fundamentals, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agents, Evaluation, System Design, Tools & Frameworks, and Production Readiness. You rate each dimension 1–5, generating an 8-point radar chart. Over 9 weeks, you can visually track which dimensions are growing and which need more focus.

The tracker is designed to be followed in order — each phase builds on the previous one. However, if you already have strong fundamentals (Phase 1), you can skim it in week 1 and spend the extra time on Phase 2–3 content.
